Let me help you with your nutrition.

I've listened to a lot of people since I qualified as a nutritionist two years ago. Of course, as a personal trainer I'd been listening for years, but four years of learning the science behind nutrients, their effect on the body - both positive and negative - offered me a new way of listening. I've always said that knowledge is power when it comes to your health, and I believe the amount of information that we all have access to these days when it comes to health influences and outcomes is awesome. However. Without four years of formal education in nutrition, how the hell do you decipher what's good and not-so-good for you.


I'd like to help with this one, so I have set up a coaching service that will hopefully do just that. I want to offer a really simple support system. One where we can bounce ideas around, where you can get answers to tricky questions and be guided in times of real need with your nutrition and health.


This is not an online forum or a series of videos and info sheets that are pushed your way once you sign up. This is me, real time, on the other end of the phone or computer.


There is scope here for help and support with weight loss, hormonal imbalances, sports specific nutrition and disease management. But this is also a back up for days/weeks/months where you just need someone on your side, to look out for what is best for you with fresh ideas, recipes to try and lists of foods to choose that will have you at your best or returning there in good time.
